RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS 

We only accept returns if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.


Terms of Return

We accept returns only in the following cases.

・Defective product

・If you received the wrong product


If you want to exchange/return, you have to pay the return shipping cost and return it to us.

Please note that if the products hang tag is removed or its value is damaged, we do have the right to reject the return.


・All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.)

・Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged in the post.

・If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

・GROOVY is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made


We cannot accept returns in the following cases

・Products that have been used even once

・Detachment of product tags/price tags, lost products

・Products that have passed more than 3 days since the product arrived

・Items that are wrinkled, scratched, damaged, or have an odor due to the customer's responsibility (including washing)

・Items that have been damaged or soiled due to affixing the shipping label directly to the shoebox or product outer box

・Items that do not contain the bag, shoe box, makeup box, or accessories (warranty card, spare button, hanger) that the product was in

・Cosmetics (including perfumes, shampoos, and body care products), lifestyle goods (room mists, diffusers), food items, etc

・Products ordered from other than this site

・on-sale items can not be returned and exchanged/return

・Sanitary products such as underwear and socks, and products with a description of "non-returnable" on the product page



Terms of Exchange

・The exchange amount must be over or the same with the price you bought.

・We won’t afford the order exchange shipping fees.

・You could only exchange the order once.
